Location

Casa Venusto is located on the Costa Dorada, about 30 miles south of Tarragona, convenient for many nearby attractions such as Universal Studios Port Aventura and resorts such as Salou and Cambrils. Casa Venusto is situated on a development just off the N340 near (4 Km) the Spanish fishing port of L'Amettla de Mar. The villa has been recently built to excellent standards, extensively equipped and nicely furnished. Visitors considering booking off- season will wish to note that the house can be heated by means of the fully automated air conditioning system.

Airports
The closest airport is Reus - which www.ryanair.com now conveniently operate flights to from the UK. Reus is just 30 minutes by car. Alternatively, many airlines fly to Barcelona, which is approximately 90 minutes by car. Airlines such as www.easyjet.com and www.bmibaby.com operate here.

Directions to Tres Calas from Airports:
From Barcelona - Autopista route A7 (Toll route) west, direction Tarragona and Valencia. Exit at junction 39. On exiting the toll booth, turn left for approximately 1 kilometre and then left again onto the N340, direction Tarragona. Tres Cales is approximately 2 Km on your left.
From Reus - Autopista route A7 (Toll route) west, direction Valencia. Exit at junction 39. On exiting the toll booth, turn left for approximately 1 kilometre and then left again onto the N340, direction Tarragona. Tres Cales is approximately 2 Km on your left.

The Local Area

Tres Calas is a residential development located between L’Ametlla de Mar (3 Km) and Hospitalet des Enfants (12 Km) with a small number of shops, a supermarket and a couple of bars (located at the entrance from the N340).

L'Ametlla de Mar, which is the nearest town, 3 km from Tres Calas, is a Mediterranean fishing town. There are a variety of bars, restaurants and other amenities. The town's main beach is attractive and clean. Those who venture a kilometre or two east or west will be sure to find one of the many beautiful coves. Salou, 30 Minutes by road (via A7 or N340) is a very popular holiday destination with all ages. Those who like the nightlife will not be disappointed. Those with children may already know that it is home to the fabulous Universal Studios - Port Aventura theme park. There's plenty of lively nightlife to cater for all tastes and an extensive range of bars, restaurants and shops. Salou's beaches are undoubtedly one of its best attractions. Their fine golden sand and clear shallow waters continue to captivate the tourists who visit year after year. Salou also has an Aqua park with plenty of aquatic attractions. When night falls, Salou's bars, discos and nightclubs burst into life - most staying open at least into the early hours, many carrying on until breakfast! Barcelona, Catalonia's capital, is one of the most colorful and vibrant cities in Spain. Its unique location near the Mediterranean Sea, and Gaudi's impressive architecture are a magnet for people from all over the world. Since Barcelona held the Olympics in 1992, it has become even more attractive, with a man-made beach, extended transport system and the Olympic Village. Barcelona is constantly changing. With loads to see including: Las Rambles, the most famous boulevard in Barcelona; La Sagrada Familia, the unfinished cathedral and life's work of Barcelona's favorite son, Antoni Gaudí; Camp Nou, home to FC Barcelona; Plus lots of other wonderful architecture.
